Bosentas Tablets — Bosentan 62.5 mg (20 Tablets) Cipla
Bosentas 62.5 (Bosentan) is a specific dual-acting endothelin receptor antagonist designed for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). The drug blocks the action of endothelin-1, a powerful natural substance that causes blood vessels to constrict. By suppressing excessive endothelin activity, Bosentas promotes the dilation of pulmonary vessels, lowers pressure in the pulmonary artery, and significantly improves blood flow.
Manufacturer: Cipla. Bosentas is a high-quality generic of the original drug Tracleer. Cipla is one of the world's leading pharmaceutical giants, guaranteeing strict compliance with international GMP standards and high therapeutic efficacy of its products.
Key Features:
- ✅ Improved Exercise Tolerance: The drug is clinically proven to increase physical endurance and reduce shortness of breath in patients with PAH.
- ✅ Dual Mechanism: Blocks both types of receptors (ET-A and ET-B) simultaneously, providing comprehensive control of vascular tone.
- ✅ Complication Prevention: Effective not only for hypertension but also for reducing the number of new digital (finger) ulcers in patients with systemic sclerosis.
