Return & Refund Policy

According to UA legislation (Resolution No. 172), medicines of proper quality are not returnable. However, we prioritize our clients. You are entitled to return the item and receive a Full Refund within 14 days if:

  • The item was damaged during transportation.
  • The wrong item was sent (packaging error).
  • The item has expired.
Return Shipping Cost

We cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
