Return and Exchange Policy
We operate in strict accordance with the law. Medicines and drugs of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange (according to Cabinet Decree No. 172).
In which cases is a return possible?
Damaged Packaging
If upon receipt at the post office you find that the packaging is torn, dented, or the bottle integrity is compromised.
Wrong Item
If the received item does not match your order (different name, dosage, or form of release).
Expired Shelf Life
If the packaging shows an expiration date that has already passed at the time of parcel receipt.
Who pays for shipping?
In case of our error or defect, we cover all costs for return shipping and delivery of the replacement.
Refunds
We will refund 100% of the item cost to your bank card within 1–3 business days after receiving the return.
Please check the parcel immediately at the post office. If you take the parcel home, we will not be able to accept claims regarding appearance or completeness.
