Prescribed by a hematologist for the treatment of the following conditions:

• 🔹 Immune Thrombocytopenia (ITP): In adults and children when other treatments (such as corticosteroids) have not worked.
• 🔹 Chronic Hepatitis C: To treat thrombocytopenia so that interferon-based antiviral therapy can be administered.
• 🔹 Aplastic Anemia: Severe forms of the disease when immunosuppressive therapy provides an insufficient response.

⚠️ APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

• Administration: Must be taken on an empty stomach (at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal).
• ✋ Crucial Interaction (Calcium): Eltrombopag binds to calcium and other minerals. **Do not** consume dairy products, antacids, or mineral supplements for at least 2 hours before or 4 hours after taking Trombonat. Failure to follow this may render the medication ineffective.
• Dosage: Strictly individualized based on regular blood tests to reach and maintain safe platelet levels.

• ⛔ Hepatic Impairment: Requires extreme caution and dose adjustments.
• Increased risk of thromboembolism.
• Pregnancy and breastfeeding.
• Hypersensitivity to eltrombopag or any excipients.
