Denopsy 14 — Teriflunomide 14 mg (30 Tablets)

Denopsy 14 is prescribed by neurologists for the following indications:

• 🔹 Relapsing-Remitting Multiple Sclerosis (RRMS): Treatment of adult patients to reduce the frequency of clinical relapses and slow the accumulation of physical disability.
• 🔹 Clinically Isolated Syndrome (CIS): The first manifestation of a demyelinating disease that has a high risk of progressing to clinically definite multiple sclerosis.

Sales Form: 1 pack contains 30 tablets of 14 mg (3 blisters of 10 tablets).

⚠️ INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

• Dosage Regimen: The recommended dose is 14 mg (1 tablet) once daily.
• Administration: The tablet should be swallowed whole with water. It can be taken with or without food.
• Monitoring: Before starting therapy and during treatment, it is necessary to regularly monitor liver enzyme levels (ALT/AST) and blood pressure.
• Storage: Store at temperatures not exceeding 30°C in a dry place, protected from sunlight.

• ⛔ Pregnancy and Family Planning: Teriflunomide has teratogenic effects. It is categorically contraindicated in pregnant women. Women of childbearing age must use reliable contraception. Men should also consider the risk when planning fatherhood.
• ⛔ Liver Diseases: Severe hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh Class C).
• ⛔ Immunodeficiencies: Severe immunodeficiency states (e.g., AIDS).
• ⛔ Blood Disorders: Significant anemia, leukopenia, or thrombocytopenia.
• ⛔ Infections: Severe active infectious diseases until they are cured.
• ⛔ Lactation: Use during breastfeeding is contraindicated.

The drug may cause side effects that require monitoring by a specialist:

• 💇‍♀️ Hair: Hair thinning or mild alopecia (usually temporary and resolves within a few months).
• 🤢 GI Tract: Nausea, diarrhea, abdominal pain.
• 🧪 Liver: Increased levels of liver transaminases (ALT).
• 🤒 General: Headache, upper respiratory tract infections (nasopharyngitis), flu-like symptoms.
• 🩸 Blood: A slight decrease in white blood cell count.
