Prescribed by oncologists specifically for the treatment of adult patients with:

• 🔹 HR+/HER2- Advanced or Metastatic Breast Cancer:
  • As monotherapy for patients with disease progression following endocrine therapy and prior chemotherapy in the metastatic setting.

⚠️ APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

• Standard Dosage (Monotherapy): 200 mg (one tablet) taken orally twice daily.
• Administration: Take at approximately the same time every morning and evening. Swallow whole with water. Can be taken with or without food. Do not chew, crush, or split.
• 🚫 Dietary Restriction: Do not consume grapefruit or grapefruit juice during treatment.
• ✋ Missed Dose: If a dose is missed or vomiting occurs, skip it and take the next dose at the scheduled time. Do not double up.
