Binixen Tablets — Binimetinib 15 mg (90 Tabs) Everest

Prescribed by oncologists specifically for the treatment of adult patients with:

• 🔹 Unresectable or Metastatic Melanoma:
  • Indicated for patients with a confirmed BRAF V600 mutation (usually V600E or V600K).
  • Used in combination with encorafenib.

Sales Unit: Box containing 90 film-coated tablets (15 mg strength).

⚠️ APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

• Standard Dosage: 45 mg (which is 3 tablets of 15 mg) taken orally twice daily. Total of 6 tablets per day.
• Timing: Take doses approximately 12 hours apart.
• Administration: Swallow whole with water. Can be taken with or without food. Do not chew, crush, or split.
• ✋ Missed Dose: If a dose is missed by more than 6 hours, skip it. If vomiting occurs, do not take an additional dose; wait for the next scheduled dose.

• ⛔ Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: Strictly contraindicated (teratogenic effects).
• Hypersensitivity to Binimetinib.
• History of retinal vein occlusion (RVO).
• Severe cardiac or hepatic impairment.

Treatment requires monitoring of cardiac function (LVEF), eyes, and blood (CPK levels). Potential side effects include:

• 🚽 Gastrointestinal: Diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain.
• 💤 General: Fatigue, peripheral edema (swelling).
• 👁️ Vision: Blurred vision, retinal pigment epithelial detachment (requires medical attention).
• ❤️ Cardiac: Decreased left ventricular ejection fraction, hypertension.
• 💪 Muscular: Elevated creatine phosphokinase (CPK) levels in blood.
