Capmaxen (Capmatinib) 200 mg Tablets

It is indicated for adult patients with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC):

• 🔹 MET-positive NSCLC: when the tumor has a MET gene alteration, including MET exon 14 skipping.
• 🔹 Advanced or metastatic disease: when the cancer has spread beyond the lung or to other parts of the body.
• 🔹 Targeted treatment: only after the required genetic change has been confirmed by a special test.

Packaging: 200 mg tablets.

⚠️ ADMINISTRATION PROTOCOL:

• Usual Dose: Commonly 400 mg twice daily, which means 2 tablets of 200 mg in the morning and 2 tablets in the evening, unless the doctor advises otherwise.
• Food Intake: Can be taken with or without food.
• How to take: Swallow the tablets whole. Do not crush or chew them.
• Timing: It is best to take the medicine at the same times each day.
• Monitoring: During treatment, the doctor may regularly check liver function, lungs, and general health status.

• Allergy to Capmatinib or any component of the product.
• Use with caution in patients with liver or lung problems.
• Pregnancy and breastfeeding — only if approved by a doctor.
• Medical advice is needed immediately if shortness of breath, cough, severe weakness, or yellowing of the skin appears during treatment.
