Prescribed by hematologists/oncologists for adult patients with:

• 🔹 Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML): Relapsed or refractory AML with a specific susceptible IDH2 mutation as detected by an FDA-approved test.

⚠️ APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

• Standard Dosage: Typically 100 mg (two 50 mg tablets) taken orally once daily.
• Administration: Swallow tablets whole with a cup of water at the same time each day. Can be taken with or without food. Do not chew or split.
• Duration: Treatment is usually continued for a minimum of 6 months to allow time for clinical response, assuming no unacceptable toxicity occurs.
