Hetenza is prescribed by an oncologist or urologist for the treatment of men with the following diagnoses:

• 🔹 Metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC).
• 🔹 Non-metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer with a high risk of developing metastases.
• 🔹 Metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer (mHSPC) in combination with androgen deprivation therapy.

Sales Form: 1 pack contains 4 blisters of 28 capsules (112 capsules of 40 mg in total).

⚠️ INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

• Dosage Regimen: The recommended daily dose is 160 mg (4 capsules of 40 mg) once daily.
• Method of Administration: Capsules should be swallowed whole, without chewing or opening. Take at the same time each day, regardless of food intake.
• Important: Do not stop treatment without consulting your doctor. Treatment usually continues until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity occurs.
• Storage: Store in a dry place, protected from light, at temperatures up to 25°C.

• ⛔ Partner Pregnancy: The drug is not intended for women, but men must use reliable contraception (including condoms) as enzalutamide may harm the fetus.
• ⛔ Seizure Activity: Use with caution in patients with a predisposition to seizures or a history of epilepsy.
• Hypersensitivity to enzalutamide or other components of the drug.
• Severe renal or hepatic impairment (requires strict medical supervision).

Therapy may cause side effects requiring medical observation:

• 🏃‍♂️ General: Increased fatigue, severe weakness (asthenia).
• 🔥 Vascular: Hot flashes, increased blood pressure (hypertension).
• 🦴 Musculoskeletal: Bone and joint pain, increased risk of fractures.
• 🧠 Neurological: Headache, in rare cases — risk of seizures.
• 🤢 Gastrointestinal: Decreased appetite, nausea, diarrhea.
