Laronib 25 (Larotrectinib) 25 mg Capsules

Indicated for the treatment of adult and pediatric patients with solid tumors that:

• 🔹 NTRK Gene Fusion: Have a Neurotrophic Tyrosine Receptor Kinase (NTRK) gene fusion without a known acquired resistance mutation.
• 🔹 Status: Are metastatic or where surgical resection is likely to result in severe morbidity.
• 🔹 Usage: Treatment of cancers like fibrosarcoma, thyroid cancer, lung cancer, etc., adhering to the genetic criteria.

Packaging: 25 mg capsules.

⚠️ ADMINISTRATION PROTOCOL:

• Adult Dose: Standard is 100 mg orally twice daily. The 25 mg capsule is used for dose reduction or pediatric dosing.
• Pediatric Dose: Calculated based on Body Surface Area (100 mg/m² twice daily).
• Food Intake: Can be taken with or without food.
• Administration: Swallow capsules whole with water. Do not chew or crush.
• Note: Do not make up for a missed dose within 6 hours of the next scheduled dose.

• Hypersensitivity to Larotrectinib.
• Pregnancy (potential fetal harm).
• Breastfeeding (discontinue during treatment).
• Co-administration with strong CYP3A4 inducers/inhibitors requires caution.
