⚠️ ADMINISTRATION PROTOCOL:

- Pediatric Dose: Calculated based on Body Surface Area (100 mg/m² twice daily).
- Food Intake: Can be taken with or without food.
- Administration: Swallow capsules whole with water. Do not chew or crush.
- Note: Do not make up for a missed dose within 6 hours of the next scheduled dose.
