Lorbrexen 100 (Lorlatinib) 100 mg Tablets

Indicated for the treatment of adult patients with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC):

• 🔹 ALK-positive NSCLC: in locally advanced or metastatic disease.
• 🔹 After progression on prior therapy: following treatment with other ALK inhibitors.
• 🔹 Brain metastases: due to strong central nervous system penetration.

Packaging: 100 mg tablets.

⚠️ ADMINISTRATION PROTOCOL:

• Recommended Dose: 100 mg orally once daily.
• Food Intake: Can be taken with or without food.
• Timing: Take at the same time each day.
• Administration: Swallow whole; do not chew, crush, or split the tablet.
• Monitoring: Lipid profile, ECG, liver function, and neurologic status should be monitored during treatment.

• Hypersensitivity to Lorlatinib or any component of the product.
• Pregnancy and breastfeeding.
• Concomitant use with strong CYP3A inducers.
• Use with caution in patients with cardiac conduction disorders, hyperlipidemia, CNS disorders, or hepatic impairment.
