Osimertinib Tablets — 80 mg (30 Tablets) Heet Health Care
Osimertinib 80 mg is a third-generation targeted anticancer therapy and an irreversible tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) of the Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR). It is specifically engineered to target EGFR-mutant forms, including exon 19 deletions, L858R mutations, and the T790M resistance mutation. Osimertinib effectively blocks the signaling pathways that drive tumor growth and is characterized by its superior ability to cross the blood-brain barrier, making it highly effective against brain metastases.
Manufacturer: Heet Health Care. This medicinal product is a high-quality generic of the innovator drug Tagrisso. It is manufactured under strict international quality control standards, ensuring full bioequivalence and identical therapeutic efficacy to the original brand at a more accessible cost.

- ✅ Targeted Precision: Directly attacks malignant cells to significantly extend progression-free survival.
Osimertinib is indicated for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with specific EGFR mutations:
- 🔹 Adjuvant treatment following complete tumor resection in patients with EGFR exon 19 deletions or L858R mutations.
- 🔹 First-line treatment of adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC with EGFR mutations (Ex19del or L858R).
- 🔹 Treatment of metastatic T790M mutation-positive NSCLC in patients whose disease has progressed on or after prior EGFR TKI therapy.
