Osimertinib Tablets — 80 mg (30 Tablets) Heet Health Care

Osimertinib is indicated for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with specific EGFR mutations:

• 🔹 Adjuvant treatment following complete tumor resection in patients with EGFR exon 19 deletions or L858R mutations.
• 🔹 First-line treatment of adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC with EGFR mutations (Ex19del or L858R).
• 🔹 Treatment of metastatic T790M mutation-positive NSCLC in patients whose disease has progressed on or after prior EGFR TKI therapy.

Sales Unit: 1 pack containing 30 tablets of 80 mg Osimertinib.

⚠️ APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

• Dosage: The standard recommended dose is 80 mg (one tablet) taken orally once daily.
• Method: Swallow tablets whole with water. Can be taken with or without food at the same time each day.
• Note: Do not crush, split, or chew the tablets. If swallowing is difficult, follow professional instructions for dispersion in water.
• Storage: Keep in the original container at a temperature not exceeding 30°C in a dry place.

• ⛔ Pregnancy and Nursing: Known to cause fetal harm. Strictly contraindicated during pregnancy. Breastfeeding is not recommended during treatment.
• ⛔ Drug Interactions: Avoid concurrent use with St. John’s Wort and strong CYP3A4 inducers.
• Hypersensitivity to Osimertinib or any of the excipients.
• Pediatric use (safety and efficacy in children under 18 have not been established).

Treatment requires regular medical supervision. Potential side effects include:

• 🤢 Gastrointestinal: Diarrhea, nausea, and decreased appetite.
• 🧴 Dermatologic: Rash, dry skin, nail toxicity (paronychia), and pruritus.
• 🩸 Hematologic: Decreased white blood cell count (neutropenia), lymphopenia, and thrombocytopenia.
• ⚠️ Serious Risks: Potential for Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD) and QTc interval prolongation (ECG monitoring may be required).
