Ponawell Tablets — Ponatinib 45 mg (30 Tablets) Heet Health Care

Ponawell is prescribed for adult patients with the following conditions:

• 🔹 Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) in chronic, accelerated, or blast phase in patients resistant or intolerant to prior TKI therapy.
• 🔹 Philadelphia chromosome-positive Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (Ph+ ALL).
• 🔹 T315I mutation-positive CML or Ph+ ALL where other TKI treatments are not indicated.

Sales Unit: 1 pack containing 30 tablets of 45 mg Ponatinib.

⚠️ APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

• Dosage: The standard starting dose is 45 mg (one tablet) taken orally once daily. The dose may be adjusted to 30 mg or 15 mg by your physician based on clinical response.
• Method: Swallow tablets whole. May be taken with or without food at the same time each day.
• Missed Dose: If a dose is missed, do not take an extra dose. Take the next dose at the scheduled time the following day.
• Storage: Store in a dry place at temperatures not exceeding 30°C.

• ⛔ Cardiovascular Conditions: Recent myocardial infarction, severe arterial occlusion, or uncontrolled hypertension.
• ⛔ Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Known to cause fetal harm. Strictly contraindicated during pregnancy and nursing.
• Severe hepatic impairment (requires careful monitoring).
• Hypersensitivity to Ponatinib or any of the excipients.
• Pediatric use (safety and efficacy in patients under 18 have not been established).

Treatment requires rigorous monitoring of cardiovascular health and blood counts. Potential side effects include:

• 🫀 Vascular Risks: Risk of arterial occlusion (thrombotic events) and high blood pressure (hypertension).
• 🩸 Hematologic: Thrombocytopenia, neutropenia, and anemia.
• 🧴 Dermatologic: Dry skin, rash, and pruritus.
• 🤢 Gastrointestinal: Abdominal pain, constipation, nausea, and risk of pancreatitis (elevated lipase).
• 🏃‍♂️ General: Fatigue, headache, and peripheral edema.
