Semaxen 3 (Semaglutide) 3 mg Tablets

The medicine is prescribed for adult patients with:

• 🔹 Type 2 diabetes mellitus: to improve glycemic control along with diet and exercise.
• 🔹 Excess weight: for weight management and reduction (as prescribed by a doctor).
• 🔹 Cardiovascular risk reduction: in patients with type 2 diabetes and established heart disease.

Packaging: 3 mg tablets.

⚠️ ADMINISTRATION PROTOCOL (CRUCIAL):

• Usual Dose: 3 mg is the starting dose (usually taken for the first 30 days to let the body adapt), after which a doctor may increase the dose. Take 1 tablet once daily.
• Food Intake: Must be taken STRICTLY on an empty stomach, immediately upon waking up.
• How to take: Swallow the tablet whole with a small sip of plain water (no more than half a glass, up to 120 ml).
• Waiting time: After taking the tablet, you must wait at least 30 minutes before eating, drinking anything other than plain water, or taking other oral medications. Otherwise, the medicine will not be absorbed.
• Storage: Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place. Keep away from light and out of the reach of children.

• Allergy to Semaglutide or any component of the product.
• Type 1 diabetes (it is not a substitute for insulin).
• Personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC).
• Pregnancy and breastfeeding (treatment should be stopped at least 2 months before a planned pregnancy).
• Use with caution in severe gastrointestinal diseases (e.g., gastroparesis).

Possible side effects (usually decrease over time as the body adapts):

• 🤢 Digestive system: Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, constipation, bloating.
• 📉 Metabolism: Decreased appetite, possible hypoglycemia (if taken with other diabetes medications).
• 🤕 General: Fatigue, mild dizziness.
• ⚠️ Important: If you experience severe, persistent abdominal pain that may radiate to your back (a possible sign of pancreatitis), stop taking the medicine and contact a doctor immediately.
