Treatment of metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) in adult men. It is indicated for: Patients whose disease has progressed on or after a docetaxel-based chemotherapy regimen. Dosage and administration

Recommended Dosage: 1,000 mg (4 tablets of 250 mg) taken orally once daily. ⚠️ CRITICAL INSTRUCTIONS: 🚫 Take on an empty stomach. No food should be consumed for at least 2 hours before and 1 hour after taking the dose. Taking Abirapro with food significantly increases absorption, which can lead to serious side effects. Swallow tablets whole with water. Combination Therapy: Must be taken with low-dose prednisone or prednisolone (usually 5–10 mg daily) to reduce the risk of hypertension and fluid retention.

Hypersensitivity to the active substance. Severe hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh Class C). Women who are or may become pregnant (Category X). Warning: This medication is for men only. Women who are pregnant should not handle the tablets without protection (gloves).

Most mineralocorticoid side effects are managed by taking prednisone. Common reactions include: Peripheral edema (swelling of legs). Hypokalemia (low potassium levels).
