Hetenza Capsules — Enzalutamide 40 mg (112 Capsules) Heet

Hetenza is indicated for the treatment of adult men with:

• 🔹 Metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC).
• 🔹 Non-metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (nmCRPC) at high risk of spreading.
• 🔹 Metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer (mHSPC) in combination with androgen deprivation therapy.

Sales Unit: 1 box containing 4 blisters of 28 capsules (Total: 112 capsules, 40 mg each).

⚠️ APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

• Dosage: The standard recommended dose is 160 mg (four 40 mg capsules) taken once daily.
• Method: Swallow capsules whole. Do not chew, dissolve, or open them. Can be taken with or without food, preferably at the same time each day.
• Important: Do not skip doses or stop treatment without consulting your oncologist.
• Storage: Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C, away from direct sunlight.

• ⛔ Pregnancy/Partners: Not for use in women. Men with pregnant partners must use a condom; if the partner can become pregnant, two forms of effective contraception must be used.
• ⛔ Seizure Risk: Use with caution in patients with a history of seizures, brain injury, or stroke.
• Hypersensitivity to Enzalutamide or any of the inactive ingredients.
• Severe renal or hepatic impairment (requires close medical supervision).

Treatment may cause side effects that require monitoring by a healthcare professional:

• 🏃‍♂️ General: Fatigue, physical weakness (asthenia).
• 🔥 Vascular: Hot flashes, hypertension (high blood pressure).
• 🦴 Musculoskeletal: Bone pain, joint pain, increased risk of fractures or falls.
• 🧠 Neurological: Headache, and very rarely, risk of seizures.
• 🤢 Gastrointestinal: Decreased appetite, nausea.
