Prescribed by an oncologist or urologist exclusively for the treatment of adult men with:

• 🔹 Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer (CRPC): Both metastatic (spreading) and non-metastatic (at high risk of spreading) prostate cancer that no longer responds to a testosterone-lowering medical or surgical treatment.
• 🔹 Metastatic Hormone-Sensitive Prostate Cancer (mHSPC): Used in combination with androgen deprivation therapy (ADT).

Sales Unit: Carton containing 112 soft capsules. Strength: 40 mg per capsule.

⚠️ APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

• Dosage: The standard recommended dose is 160 mg (four 40 mg capsules) taken once daily.
• Administration: Take the capsules at approximately the same time every day. Can be taken with or without food.
• ✋ Crucial Rule: Swallow the soft capsules whole with a glass of water. Do not chew, dissolve, or open the capsules.

• ⛔ Women and Children: This medication is for men only. Strictly contraindicated in women (especially pregnant women due to severe fetal toxicity) and children under 18. Pregnant women should not even handle damaged capsules.
• Hypersensitivity to enzalutamide or any ingredients.
• Seizure Risk: Use with extreme caution in patients with a history of seizures, brain injury, stroke, or brain tumors, as the drug may lower the seizure threshold.

Treatment requires regular medical supervision. Potential side effects include:

• 💤 General: Severe fatigue/asthenia (the most common side effect).
• 🔥 Vascular: Hot flushes, high blood pressure (hypertension).
• 🦴 Musculoskeletal: Muscle weakness, increased risk of falls and bone fractures.
• 🧠 Nervous System: Memory impairment, decreased concentration, headaches.
• ⚠️ Rare but Serious: Seizures (if a seizure occurs, treatment is usually discontinued immediately).
