Dosage and administration

Strength: 10 mg per capsule. Combination Examples: For 24 mg dose: Take two 10 mg capsules + one 4 mg capsule daily. For 20 mg dose: Take two 10 mg capsules daily. For 18 mg dose: Take one 10 mg capsule + two 4 mg capsules daily. ⚠️ Administration: Take once daily at the same time. Swallow whole with water. Do not crush, dissolve, or open.

Severe uncontrolled Hypertension. Severe hepatic impairment. Active bleeding or history of gastrointestinal perforation/fistula. Pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Adverse reactions are common and may require dose interruption/reduction: Hypertension: High blood pressure is very frequent. Daily monitoring is advised. Proteinuria: Protein in urine. Fatigue, Diarrhea, Decreased Appetite. Palmar-plantar erythrodysesthesia syndrome (Hand-foot syndrome).
