Indicated for the treatment of adult patients with: 🔹 Endometrial Carcinoma: Advanced carcinoma that is not microsatellite instability-high (MSI-H), in combination with pembrolizumab. 🔹 Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC): Advanced kidney cancer (in combination with everolimus) following prior anti-angiogenic therapy. 🔹 Differentiated Thyroid Cancer (DTC): Progressive, radioactive iodine-refractory thyroid cancer.

Dosage and administration

Packaging: 10 mg capsules. ⚠️ ADMINISTRATION PROTOCOL: For Endometrial Carcinoma: 20 mg (two 10 mg capsules) orally once daily. For Renal Cell Carcinoma: 18 mg (one 10 mg capsule + two 4 mg capsules) orally once daily. Administration: Take at the same time every day, with or without food. Swallow the capsule whole. Do not open or crush. Missed Dose: If missed by more than 12 hours, skip the dose.

Hypersensitivity to Lenvatinib. Pregnancy (can cause fetal harm) and breastfeeding. Severe hepatic impairment (dose reduction required).
