Lenvaxen 10 (Lenvatinib) 10 mg Capsules

Indicated for the treatment of adult patients with:

• 🔹 Endometrial Carcinoma: Advanced carcinoma that is not microsatellite instability-high (MSI-H), in combination with pembrolizumab.
• 🔹 Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC): Advanced kidney cancer (in combination with everolimus) following prior anti-angiogenic therapy.
• 🔹 Differentiated Thyroid Cancer (DTC): Progressive, radioactive iodine-refractory thyroid cancer.

Packaging: 10 mg capsules.

⚠️ ADMINISTRATION PROTOCOL:

• For Endometrial Carcinoma: 20 mg (two 10 mg capsules) orally once daily.
• For Renal Cell Carcinoma: 18 mg (one 10 mg capsule + two 4 mg capsules) orally once daily.
• Administration: Take at the same time every day, with or without food. Swallow the capsule whole. Do not open or crush.
• Missed Dose: If missed by more than 12 hours, skip the dose.

• Hypersensitivity to Lenvatinib.
• Pregnancy (can cause fetal harm) and breastfeeding.
• Severe hepatic impairment (dose reduction required).

Common adverse reactions include:

• 🩸 Cardiovascular: Hypertension is the most common side effect; regular monitoring is mandatory.
• 📉 Renal: Proteinuria (protein in urine), renal failure/impairment.
• 🌀 Physical: Diarrhea, fatigue, arthralgia/myalgia, decreased appetite, weight loss, palmar-plantar erythrodysesthesia (hand-foot syndrome).
