Nindanib 150 — Nintedanib 150 mg (10 Capsules)

Nindanib 150 mg is prescribed for the long-term treatment of the following pathologies:

• 🔹 Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF): A chronic progressive lung disease of unknown etiology.
• 🔹 Other Progressive Fibrosing Interstitial Lung Diseases (ILD): With a chronic course.
• 🔹 Systemic Sclerosis: Treatment of systemic sclerosis-associated interstitial lung disease (SSc-ILD).

Sales Form: Soft gelatin capsules of 150 mg.

⚠️ INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

• Dosage Regimen: The standard recommended dose is 150 mg twice daily (morning and evening) with an interval of approximately 12 hours.
• Method: Capsules should be taken with food, swallowed whole with water. Do not chew or open the capsule.
• Missed Dose: If a dose is missed, take the next dose at the usual time. Do not take a double dose to compensate for a missed one.
• Monitoring: Regular monitoring of liver function (blood tests for ALT, AST, and bilirubin) is mandatory during treatment.

• ⛔ Pregnancy: The drug is strictly contraindicated as it causes severe fetal malformations.
• ⛔ Hepatic Impairment: Moderate to severe hepatic insufficiency.
• ⛔ Hypersensitivity: Allergy to nintedanib, as well as to soy or peanuts (contained in the capsule composition).
• ⛔ Age: Patients under 18 years of age.
• ⛔ Lactation: Breastfeeding is prohibited during therapy.
