Sprycel Tablets — Dasatinib 50 mg (60 Tablets) Bristol-Myers Squibb

Sprycel is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with:

• 🔹 Newly diagnosed Philadelphia chromosome-positive (Ph+) chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) in the chronic phase.
• 🔹 Chronic, accelerated, or blast phase Ph+ CML with resistance or intolerance to prior therapy, including imatinib.
• 🔹 Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ ALL) with resistance or intolerance to prior therapy.

Sales Unit: 1 bottle containing 60 tablets of 50 mg Dasatinib.

⚠️ APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

• Dosage: For chronic phase CML, the standard dose is 100 mg (two 50 mg tablets) once daily. For advanced phases of CML or Ph+ ALL, the dose is typically 140 mg once daily.
• Method: Swallow tablets whole. May be taken with or without food at the same time each day (morning or evening).
• Caution: Do not crush or break the tablets. Active ingredients may cause skin irritation if handled improperly.
• Storage: Store at room temperature (15°C to 30°C) in a dry environment.

• ⛔ Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Known to cause fetal harm. Strictly contraindicated during pregnancy and nursing.
• ⛔ Drug Interactions: Concurrent use with antacids or proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) should be avoided as they decrease absorption.
• Hypersensitivity to Dasatinib or any of its excipients.
• Pediatric use (unless specified by pediatric CML treatment protocols).
