Sutinat Capsules — Sunitinib 50 mg (28 Capsules) Natco

Sutinat is prescribed by an oncologist for the treatment of adult patients with the following conditions:

• 🔹 Metastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma (mRCC): As first-line therapy or when previous cytokine therapy has been ineffective.
• 🔹 Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors (GIST): In the absence of a response to imatinib therapy or its intolerance.
• 🔹 Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors (pNET): Progressive, well-differentiated tumors in patients with unresectable or metastatic disease.

Sales Form: 1 pack contains 28 capsules of 50 mg sunitinib.

⚠️ INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

• Dosage Regimen: For renal cancer and GIST, the standard dose is 50 mg (1 capsule) per day. Treatment is carried out in cycles: 4 weeks of intake, followed by a 2-week break (4/2 schedule).
• Method of Administration: Capsules are taken orally, swallowed whole with water. Intake is possible regardless of food.
• Dose Correction: Depending on individual tolerance and side effects, the doctor may change the dosage to 37.5 mg or 25 mg.
• Storage: In the original packaging at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, out of reach of children.

• ⛔ Pregnancy and Lactation: The drug has embryotoxic effects. Categorically contraindicated. Women of reproductive age must use reliable contraception.
• ⛔ Cardiovascular Pathologies: Use with caution in case of uncontrolled arterial hypertension and QT interval prolongation.
• ⛔ Hepatic and Renal Impairment: Strict medical monitoring of organ function is required.
• Pediatric use (efficacy and safety for children have not been established).
• Hypersensitivity to sunitinib.

Sunitinib treatment should be conducted under the regular supervision of an oncologist. Possible side effects:

• 🧪 Hematology: Decreased levels of white blood cells, platelets, and hemoglobin.
• 🏃‍♂️ General: Increased fatigue, asthenia, changes in skin color (yellowing) and hair.
• 🤢 GI Tract: Stomatitis (mouth sores), diarrhea, change in taste sensations, nausea.
• 🩺 Endocrine System: Hypothyroidism (regular monitoring of TSH levels is required).
• 🩸 Cardiology: Increased blood pressure, decreased left ventricular ejection fraction.
• 💅 Skin: Palmar-plantar erythrodysesthesia syndrome (redness, swelling, and tingling in the palms and soles).
