Venetech Tablets — Venetoclax 100 mg (60 Tablets) Techno Pharma

Venetech is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with:

• 🔹 Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL).
• 🔹 Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma (SLL).
• 🔹 Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) — in combination with azacitidine, decitabine, or low-dose cytarabine.

Sales Unit: 1 bottle containing 60 tablets of 100 mg Venetoclax.

⚠️ APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

• Ramp-up Schedule: Requires a 5-week dose titration (starting from 20 mg up to the maintenance dose of 400 mg) to mitigate the risk of Tumor Lysis Syndrome (TLS).
• Administration: Take once daily with a meal at approximately the same time. Tablets must be swallowed whole.
• Dietary Restrictions: Avoid grapefruit, Seville oranges, and starfruit during treatment, as they significantly affect drug metabolism.
• Storage: Store in a dry place below 30°C, protected from direct sunlight.

• ⛔ Drug Interactions: Concurrent use of strong CYP3A inhibitors is contraindicated during the initiation and ramp-up phase.
• ⛔ Pregnancy: Highly hazardous to the fetus; effective contraception is mandatory.
• Hypersensitivity to Venetoclax or any excipients.
• Pediatric use (safety and efficacy not established in children).
