Strictly prescribed by an oncologist or hematologist for the treatment of adult patients with:

• 🔹 Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL): Including patients with 17p deletion.
• 🔹 Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL): For patients who have received at least one prior therapy.
• 🔹 Waldenström's Macroglobulinemia (WM).
• 🔹 Marginal Zone Lymphoma (MZL).
• 🔹 Chronic Graft-Versus-Host Disease (cGVHD): After failure of one or more lines of systemic therapy.

Sales Unit: Carton box containing a bottle of 120 tablets. Strength: 140 mg per tablet.

⚠️ APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

• Standard Dosage: Varies by indication. For MCL and MZL, the usual dose is 560 mg (4 tablets) once daily. For CLL and WM, the dose is 420 mg (3 tablets) once daily. Follow your doctor's exact prescription!
• Administration: Take once a day at approximately the same time with a glass of water. Swallow tablets whole (do not break, chew, or crush).
• ✋ Crucial Dietary Warning: Strictly avoid grapefruit, grapefruit juice, and Seville (bitter) oranges while taking this medication, as they can dangerously increase the level of Ibrutinib in your blood.

• ⛔ Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: May cause fetal harm. Highly effective contraception must be used during treatment and for up to 3 months after (for both men and women).
• Severe hepatic impairment.
• Concomitant use of strong CYP3A inhibitors (dose adjustment by a doctor is required).
• Children and adolescents under 18 years of age.

This medication can cause serious adverse reactions. Regular blood monitoring is mandatory:

• 🩸 Bleeding & Blood Counts: Cytopenias (neutropenia, thrombocytopenia). Increased risk of hemorrhage, bruising, and severe bleeding events.
• 🦠 Infections: Increased susceptibility to bacterial, viral, or fungal infections (e.g., pneumonia).
• ❤️ Cardiac: Risk of arrhythmias, particularly atrial fibrillation; hypertension.
• 🤢 Gastrointestinal: Diarrhea (very common), nausea, stomatitis.
• 🦴 Musculoskeletal: Muscle and joint pain, spasms.
