Dosage and administration

Strength: 400 mg tablet. Standard Dose: 800 mg (two 400 mg tablets) once daily. ⚠️ CRITICAL ADMINISTRATION WARNING: Must be taken on an EMPTY STOMACH. 🚫 At least 1 hour before a meal. 🚫 Or at least 2 hours after a meal. Taking Pazinib with food dramatically increases drug absorption, leading to potentially fatal liver toxicity. Do not crush the tablets.

Severe hepatic impairment (Liver failure). Pregnancy and breastfeeding (Teratogenic). Children under 2 years of age (Safety not established).

Monitor for the following: Hair Depigmentation: Hair color changes (turning white/grey) are very common but harmless. Hepatotoxicity: Elevated liver enzymes. Monthly liver function tests are mandatory. Hypertension: High blood pressure. Diarrhea.
