Sofovir + Daclahep Kit (Sofosbuvir 400mg & Daclatasvir 60mg)
Sofovir + Daclahep (Kit) is a combination therapy for Hepatitis C, consisting of two separate bottles: Sofosbuvir (400 mg) and Daclatasvir (60 mg).
Manufacturer: Hetero Healthcare (India). These are the generic equivalents of Sovaldi and Daklinza.
The "Twin" Therapy:
This regimen attacks the virus from two angles. Sofosbuvir inhibits the NS5B polymerase, while Daclatasvir inhibits the NS5A protein. Together, they stop viral replication and assembly, offering a cure rate of over 95% across multiple genotypes.
✅ Versatility: Considered a pan-genotypic solution (Treats Genotypes 1, 2, 3, and 4).
Indicated for the treatment of chronic Hepatitis C infection:
- Effective against Genotypes 1, 2, 3, and 4.
- Suitable for patients with or without compensated cirrhosis.
- Safe for patients coinfected with HIV.
The set contains 2 bottles (28 tabs each).
⚠️ CRITICAL DOSING INSTRUCTION:
You must take TWO tablets daily (One Sofovir + One Daclahep).
- Take them together at the same time every day.
- Can be taken with or without food.
- 🚫 NEVER take monotherapy! Do not finish one bottle and then start the other. They must be taken concurrently to kill the virus.
🚫 AMIODARONE WARNING:
Do not take with Amiodarone. This combination can cause severe, life-threatening bradycardia (slow heart rate).
Other Contraindications:
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding.
- Children under 18 years.
- Co-administration with Rifampin or St. John's Wort (reduces cure rate).
Side effects are usually mild and transient:
- Fatigue and Headache.

- HBV Reactivation: All patients should be screened for current or prior Hepatitis B infection before starting treatment, as reactivation may occur.
