Viropil Tablets — Dolutegravir, Lamivudine, Tenofovir (30 Tablets)
Viropil is a highly effective combined antiretroviral drug (ART) for the treatment of HIV infection. It is a "three-in-one" regimen that combines three powerful components in a single tablet: Dolutegravir (50 mg), Lamivudine (300 mg), and Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate (300 mg). This combination (DTG/3TC/TDF) is recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) as the preferred first-line therapy regimen.
Manufacturer: Emcure Pharmaceuticals. Viropil is a high-quality generic that provides complete viral suppression, is convenient to use, and has a high genetic barrier to the development of resistance (viral escape).
Key Features:
- ✅ Full Treatment Cycle: One tablet contains the full daily dose of medication required for virus control.
- ✅ Modern Formula: The included dolutegravir (integrase inhibitor) allows for the fastest possible reduction of viral load to an undetectable level.
- ✅ High Safety Profile: The drug is well-tolerated by most patients during long-term use.
Viropil is prescribed by an infectious disease specialist or an AIDS center specialist for the treatment of patients with the following conditions:
- 🔹 Treatment of HIV-1 infection in adults and adolescents (weighing more than 40 kg).
- 🔹 Used as both starting therapy (for those who have not previously taken ART) and to replace current treatment regimens when indicated.
Sales Form: 1 bottle contains 30 tablets, designed for a one-month supply.
⚠️ INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
- Dosage Regimen: The recommended dose is 1 tablet once daily.
- Method of Administration: The tablet should be swallowed whole with water. It can be taken with or without food, but it is advisable to do so at the same time every day to maintain a stable drug concentration.

- Storage: Store in a dry place at temperatures up to 30°C, in the tightly closed original packaging.
- ⛔ Hypersensitivity: Allergy to dolutegravir, lamivudine, tenofovir, or any excipients.
